Join Our Spring 2003 Nature Discovery for Kids
at the
Rio Grande Nature Center State Park

Instructors are New Mexico certified teachers.

Join our Spring Program! Children will enjoy Nature Walks to observe, identify and collect data. Studies will also take place inside the Nature Center, in the classroom and in the beautiful observation room.

Be prompt; classes meet in the parking lot and disperse throughout the area. (If you are late you may not find your class.) (NOTE: ECHO classes meet in the classroom.) After class, children will return to the parking lot to be picked up.

Please register for each class separately.

Friday Evening Sessions for children in Grades 1- 5   Cost is $15 per session ($12 for Friends of the Rio Grande center). Bring a brown bag supper.

May 30 Ins and Outs of Worms

June 6 Coyotes
June 13 Porcupines
June 20 Squirrels
June 27 Frogs and Toads

Early Childhood Outdoors ("ECHO") for children ages 3-5 with their Grown-up
(Adult must attend.)
Participating children $15 each ($12 for Friends of the Rio Grande Nature Center).
Please meet in the classroom inside the Nature Center.

Week Long Classes   Cost is $45 per week ($40 for Friends of the Rio Grande Nature Center)

Mail-in registration with a personal check is also available.

Classes may be cancelled or expanded based upon enrollment!

No refunds or transfers within five days of class. (You may send a substitute for your child.)
